Hotel was amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. On reccomendations on the fastest way to the beach for my run to coming up to check on my tv at 2am. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful. The pillows make falling asleep easy. Would highly recommend this again.if I'm in LA I'm staying here!

"I stay here every time I come to LA. The location, for my needs, can't be beat. The staff always acts as though they're really happy to see me in particular. They are always helpful and really quick about it--I NEVER have to go looking for someone to help me and they have a terrific "can do" attitude. I've never had a bad room or a problem with a room and the flowers in the lobby are spectacular! I hate to travel although I probably sleep in different hotels close to 100 nights a year and this hotel is in my top 2 or 3. They make travel as enjoyable as it can get!"

"the best part was the ultra glitz benz with driver to take me to Rodeo Drive and Spago's! Just ask the concierge and they take you and pick you up. the driver - Jesse - is delightful. the room is nice, bed comfly and the bar is very cool."

"Fantastic hotel. Every staff member here goes way above and beyond to make you feel looked after and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, nice furnishings and plenty of space. "for the ones that fancy Beverly Hills this hotel is right in the middle of it. Great location, nice hotel longer than wider and great restaurant. "When checking in, the front desk attendant was extremely nice and cordial. She was very very formal yet at the same time very very nice. Everyone, from the staff attending to my needs, to the staff standing near by welcomed me into the hotel and I actually felt that it was not only genuine but heart felt. The room was PERFECT! Just a regular room, but all of my would be needs were more than available in the room. Room service was prompt, friendly and delicous. Lobster Omlette is the way to go. Yummy. **Special Note: I called the front desk at 1:45am to obtain help with bathroom articles I forgot and was blown away by the bag of hishers bathroom items. Everything and more was included for me. And they brought it up in less than 5 minutes!!!! I will stay at this hotel, everytime I am in Century City. I will also recommend this site to my friends and business partners."

"It's ok. But an 'ok' for the money is not good enough. Desk clerk was only somewhat interested in our arrival. When we checked in there was no presentation of what guest services were available. There was also nothing in the room to give us any additional information. Everything was an extra. Parking, breakfast, TV, (yes, TV...it was ALL pay-per-view)etc. The room configuration was odd and the only place to watch TV from was the bed. We have stayed in hotels with far nicer accommodations, superb costumer service, with loads of amenities for drastically less money."

"We stayed at this hotel Sat-Mon in July. All of the staff were extremely courteous, which is extremely important to me. I had a delicious breakfast of lemon brioche french toast with berries, which came to about $18. I had a massage at the spa, which has outstanding facilities. I received my one hour massage in a private and very modern suite-type room, with private shower and private jacuzzi tub (infinity style), which came to $125. The spa slippers are so nice, I took them home (which they allow). Overnight parking is approx $30 and I don't remember seeing any option to self-park and there isn't any street parking. The room is nice and very comfortable but nothing to write home about. The nice bonus was the balcony but the two drags were a shower that fit only one person at a time and the $9.99 ethernet access."
