"Didn't know what to expect when I went online to make my reservations for the 7 Springs Inn Suites, but the customer rating and price seemed right. When I arrived for check in I was amazed at how nice the accomodations were, how friendly the hotel staff were, and how close we were to everything I wanted do and see! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean!! Beautiful gardens and it was nice to have privacy.
Next time I plan to stay in Palm Springs I won't hesitate to book a room here! It is was a superb surprise!!!"

"Seven Springs Inn is located very close to the restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. I really enjoyed the comfortable, spacious rooms (the most closet space I've ever had at any hotel!), the clean and newly remodeled bathrooms, and the helpful front desk staff. Although this hotel doesn't have a large pool or grounds, everything is well-kept (very clean and accessible). Definitely a bargain for the nice accommodations!"

"This hotel was a great value. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The parking is a bit small but you don't have to pay extra. There is a little side street where we would park an it was fine. We would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was small but very nice. The rooms were decorated and design very nicely and seemed luxurious and hip. The staff was cool and helpful, it was also very quiet there. I went with my girlfriend and it was very relaxing and we enjoyed our time there. Downtown Palm Springs is very close, we walked there, only a couple blocks. Downtown had a lot of bars and restaurants and we enjoyed them. The bartenders were very nice and recommended several drink suggestions and even let us enjoy the happy hour prices eventhough we showed up about 10 minutes late. Overall, I really like the hotel for the price as well as the quality of the room. I would definitely go back again."

"Very quiet and nice little hotel, everything was clean spotless, the pool was a little small, and there were guests drinking around the pool and with loud music.
The front desk guy was really nice and helpful.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends, this hotel is more like for couples, with the jacuzzi in the room, my wife and I can't wait for the next time. :)"

"A beautiful hotel with lovely poolhot tub areas which stay open until late. Clean and stylish rooms (we stayed in a Deluxe Room - Queen). Very friendly and extremely helpful front desk staff. Great value for money. Cannot comment fully on hotel location as we were only passing through. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was plenty big, very comfortable with good air conditioning. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Location was good, a short drive from the strip. Only complaint was parking...not enough spaces. Would definitely recommend it and well be sure to book there again next time I'm in Palm Springs."

"My husband and I needed a break from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, so we came out here to Palm Springs for some R R. From the outside of the hotel you would not guess and this is truly a little bit of paradise on the inside. The grounds were kept nice and neat and green, and pool and spa were fantastic. When we walked into the room it felt like a mini suite. It was big, spacious, clean, comfortable and cool. It's close to everything and nice and quiet. I would definitely come her again."

"I have stayed here several times and the 7 Springs has always exceeded my expectations until this trip. The AC did not keep the room cool enough, and they did not have any fans at the front desk to help. However, when I called the following week, the General Manager assured me that he was aware of the problem and that they were having all the AC units serviced, and they now had fans available at the front desk. He also added a credit to my account for use during my next visit. I think that eventhough there were a couple of issues, that they once again went above and beyond and have fixed the problems."

"Room was large and clean but really hot inside and air conditioner did not cool it off even on high all day and night. No parking hardly at all. Had to park across the street both nights. Handicap parking spot blocked by other cars. There was no wash cloths in the room the second night. They raised their prices on the holiday weekend so it wasn't really a good deal at all to stay there."

"I booked a 1 queen bed room, so I expected to get a neglected room (a room not booked too often might be overlooked by management). The room was nice and big, the bathroom clean, the bed very comfortable, and I didn't hear a peep either night. I was concerned that I had to run the water for 10 to 15 minutes before it got hot, but the front desk assured me it would eventually kick in. One suggestion: utensils and cups to use the microwave and coffee maker. Still, I would definitely book again!"

"This is a lovely small hotel. The rooms are roomy with the most comfortable beds. It's simply heaven! It's my second stay there and I enjoyed it. It was very crowded compared to my last stay. The pool water was warm, but that can't be helped since it is in Palm Springs and the pool is right on the sun with 3 digit temperature. I love the check out time. It's practically one of my favorite things about the hotel. It's a VERY excellent deal for the kind of room you get. If I ever go back to Palm Springs, I will come back for a third stay1"

"The rooms were very clean which was exemplified by the white linens. There was no dirt or stains on the comforters. I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor and it had a beautiful view! The service was great. I called down to the front desk a number of times inquiring about places to eat and shop. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. The two pool areas were very clean as well. I will stay here again the next time I go to Palm Springs. Also, I spoke with a guest who was at the pool. She said she stays at this hotel every time she is in town, which is about once a month. She stated "You can't beat the price and it's really clean.""

"I booked what the hotel called a townhouse for a short family get away, 6 adults and two kids. The room was great. The first floor had a king size bed and a kitchen,fridge very roomy. Upstairs enough sleeping for 6 people and use of the patio. The only thing was the pools were rather small, but we didnt get a chance to use them so we were okay. Also the shower head was not very strong. I would stay there again with family, but not for a girls weekend. So for our pupose it worked great walking distance to downtown, where we walked to a Thai restaurant and passed by all the antique shops. Oh and lastly parking was bad, but i just parked across the street which is not that bad."

"The rooms were really nice and a fairly good deal for a weekend getaway. Great location (a mile from all the attractions in downtown palm springs). I just wish the pools were bigger. Only 3-5 ft deep and super crowded. Not a good place if you want to just be at the pool the whole weekend."

"I was on a business trip and working at the hotel during the morning, meeting with clients in afternoonevening. I must of missed the cleaning person because my room wasn't cleaned in the afternoon. A restaurant in walking distance would have been nice, but they had order in. Internet was the best I have used on a hotel. Parking was a hassle because I got back at night and there were no spots, I had to park on the street."

"The room was fine, but the bed was certainly not as comfortable as the other reviews claimed. Staff could not have been nicer, but this hotel is not a place to get away and relax. fine if you want to "party" and don't mind sharing a pool with a big crowd. no ammenities whatsoever. not worth the money, we checked out after only one night and would have checked out immediately but didn't want to lose the money already paid. the photos on the website do not give a realistic idea of what the hotel is like. very small pool, it was extremely crowded and guests brought their own coolers full of beer (um, and jello shots, no really, I said jello shots). Feels like a trailer park."

"It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and such a comfortable bed. It's located minutes from downtown. The only thing I didn't like was our room location. When I'd go to the kitchen area, I can hear constantly people walking in and out out of one of the entrance doors by us. It got annoying at times of all the gate slamming. They have a friendly staff with nice amenities. Their sauna is very relaxing. Will plan to return again if I ever want to visit Palm Springs in the near future."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, only downside was shower was small and sink was pedistal. Loved how the rooms faced the courtyard allowing for quiet from street traffic. The pools were very nice although a little odd to have to sign out towels for the pool but understandable. Godd quality for good price! I would definitely recommend this little gem of a place!"

"I stayed the first night in a 2 queen room which was excellent. The next two nights I stayed in a King Jr. Suite which had some problems. The shower leaked an flooded the bathroom. Then we tripped a circuit breaker and it took two visits by service repair to fix it.
Overall, a good value though. I think I may have had a room with issues."

"Out of all the other hotels in Palm Springs (and I've lived in Palm Springs for 6 years), this 7 Springs had the worst parking availability...at least during my stay, which was (admittedly) during a busy weekend. Perhaps during the week, parking is not as bad, but you still have to worry about door dings!!!...as the parking spaces are TIGHT! Worst part was when I had to park in a neighboring lot, because 7 Springs was full, AND got a notice on my car the next morning -- not cool. Seems like more guests with cars than parking spots. BUT AGAIN, it WAS a busy weekend."

"The rooms were clean. The kitchen uas just about everything you need to cook (saves u money if you cook your own meals). My only complaint is that they charge for cribs ($20 each). I complained about this and was not charged."

"Initially, I was not so satisfied with my roomws soze and location. And, after being offered another room which I saw and loved I was told I could only get it for one night....I think the guy was new and really didn't know what he was talking about. So the first night I was NOT so pleased. However, the next morning, the resevations clerk really stepped up and accomodated me very nicely. I was pleased to get the suite I'd originally requested with gracious service. The grounds were very nice and parking wasn't a hassle. I plan on staying here again and I'd recommend that you do too!"

"My overall stay was awesome. My husband and I stayed in the King Studio with kitchen. The kitchen window faced the water fountain, loved the sound of the water while having breakfast. We thought the location was perfect. The one drawback was that the first night we were there the couple upstairs kept me up. (If you know what I mean) Second night -I'm assuming that family checked into the same room upstairs. Sounded like kids jumping all over the place. It was loud.
I think I would recommend the 2nd floor. I'm just not sure if they have rooms with a kitchen."

"This is a nice little hotel. It is within walking distance of downtown (about 1 mile) and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the grounds are well kept. The front desk people were a little lacking. Overall, this is a good place to stay if you are in town for a conferencebusiness, but I probably would not go back for leisure. They just didn't have much for guests to do and are not right the center of town. If this hotel provided bikes or games to check out, a cocktailmingling hour or something else to enhance the hotel stay, it would be a real gem!"

"This is an odd place. It looks like a converted apartment building with a 50's retro theme. The room was nice and clean but not exactly what I had expected. Very few king beds, ours was a queen, even though the rooms are large enough. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker but no table to sit at to drink coffee even though there was plenty of space for a table. A single chair. The sink in the bathroom was pedestal style which means there was no space for toiletries. There was a shelf outside the bathroom for toiletries but no plug so it wasn't useful for a hair dryer or a shaver. The bed was comfortable with pillow top mattress and nice linens and comforter. Parking was free, but very little of it. We had to park across the street on a residential neighborhood each of the three nights we stayed there. The street is very busy and it was like crossing a freeway to get to the hotel. No free breakfast so factor that into your costs. In fact, no restaurant on premises. It was quiet except the closing of the locked gate made a lot of noise every time someone came into the facility. I won't be staying there again and don't recommend you do either."

"This was a great place to stay for the money! We stayed in a suite one night here, and in a standard room another night. The standard room was not great and opened up right to the courtyard, but the suite was awesome for just a little but more. Very clean, very spacious, easy access to large hot tub."

"I loved the place: intimate, super-stylish and very clean. Very friendly staff. Nice neighborhood behind the hotel. The hotel is located on a main through street so it is a bit noisy."
