"I stayed in the standard room with two double beds. The room was very clean, and not too small with no refrigerator (we paid extra for a small one) no microwave just a tv, a small table with 2 chairs and bathroom. The main pool was a little far from our room but it was an enjoyable walk to it (lots of trees, a fountain pretty walkways...) I only wish the pool have some slides or some kind of water fun it is just a big pool. Overall considering what I paid it was excellent."

"This was our fourth time staying in the "family suites." We typically go for the moderate resorts, however the kids are getting bigger and the family suite provides them with their own bed and bathroom. There is a small kitchen area with a sink, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. For the adults there is a small private bedroom with a queen size bed. I noticed on this trip that the property is starting to show it's age and our room especially needed updates and paint. The bathroom tile, sink and mirrors were cracked and chipped. Walt would not be happy... My other complaint is the lack of dining options at the all-star's. The sole food court was a very long walk from the Jazz and Calypso buildings especially after a long day of park touring or if you are traveling with an elderly person. We always rent a car, so I did not experience the bus service to the parks, which is a perk for staying on property. Security guards were always present walking the grounds, which provided peace of mind and the large pool had numerous lifeguards on duty. I do, however recommend the smaller piano themed pool by the Jazz buildings. It is much quieter if you just need a peaceful dip. I highly recommend this resort if you are on a tight budget and insist on staying on property. If you need more space like a family suite I would recommend two connecting rooms at a moderate resort ie. port orleans. During the off season times two rooms are equal to or less than the cost of a family suite at a value resort. Have fun!"

"The all-star music is a little worn but is a nice place to stay. We loved the family suite which is basically 2 normal rooms attached by an opening. It also has a small kitchen area. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The pools are great and being at Disney is magical as always."

"My wife left her make-up case behind in our room. When we called the lost and found to see if it was turned in, to our disappointment the housekeeping staff (that I am sure found the case)had not turned it in. We only stayed one night at Disney and this was the only issue we had."

"We stayed at this hotel when we went up to orlando for my boyfriend's birthday. It was only 1015 mins from Universal and right down the street from Epcot and Downtown Disney. You really can't ask for a better location for the price. The only down thing was that I booked a King size bed that they couldn't accomidate us with. We had to get two doubles which ended up being just fine but if you are planning on staying there just keep in mind that you may not get exactly what you booked since their availability is limited. The nicest part was we kept the privacy sign on the door the two days we stayed and the housekeeping left us clean sheets and towels in a bag on our door and left us a message that if we needed anything else they would be more than happy to accomidate us. To me that made our stay there just that more enjoyable."

"For the price of this hotel, I think its absolutely fabulous!!! Staff was very friendly, our trip to and from the airport was awesome. We did not pay any extra to get to the parks or the airport. What i loved from this resort was that we were able to check in and receive our boarding passes for our flight before getting to the airport. I will definetly stay there every time I go to Disney World!!!"

"Our room, while slightly outdated in appearance, was comfortable and very clean. We had a bedroom suite with 2 full baths. All the furnishings in the living area folded out for the kids, so the 5 of us were all very comfortable. The kitchenette was clean, larger than others we've had and set off from the living area. Pool areas were large and had plenty of chairs. Only wish that both pools had cafes nearby. It's a long, long, hot walk from the piano pool to the snack shop. Our only complaint was the Magical Express check-in service at the hotel . . . but that is more of a Magical Express problem than a hotel problem."

"Our room was a great value. It was very clean and had a clean smell to it. It was easy to find and very close to all the Disney parks. By staying at a Disney resort, parking was free to the guests and the theme parks. The concierge was incredibly easy to work with and helped us get our tickets to the theme parks. Someone was always available to answer questions by phone, the check-in desk clerks were extremely helpful and there was a nice gift shop in the lobby. The pools were great and it was easy to catch shuttles to and from the theme parks. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Pleasantly surprised by this resort. Room and common areas were clean. Loved the family suite. Having 2 TVs was great. Kids enjoyed each getting their own bed. Pool area had kids activities and movies on huge screen in front of pool every night. Having Disney decor in the hotel added to the fun Disney experience. Room was suprisingly quiet, probably due to facing outside of bldg. Bus svc. to parks went like clockwork, never waited more than 8 or 10 minutes. Front desk staff very friendly. Even though this is base level "value" hotel according to Disney, it was a lot better than I expected and very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We really enjoyed the suite at the disney music hotel. We had a seperate room and our own bathroom. Having 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The hotel was nice, the kitchen was nice to have, we had a coffee maker which the normal rooms donot have. The pool was nice and had nitely movies poolside. The staff was accomodating. The buses came frequently. I would stay there again for the price I paid."

"We got an outstanding price on the Family Suite at the All-Star Music Resort through hotels.com. The room was very clean and perfect for our family of four. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms and a little kitchen area. The hotel is used by large groups (high school bands and choirs), so the food court was very crowded at 7 am, but empty an hour later. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the All-Star Music Resort. We only needed a hotel for one night on our way to other parts of Florida and even with a little bit of a drive off the freeway on to the Disney property, it was well worth it. The room was very clean, the grounds were immaculate and it was fun to have a little flavor of the Magic Kingdom."

"The family suite was awsome! The roll out beds are a little hard, but when you are exhausted from Disney.... who cares! It was nice having 2 bathrooms, tv's and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Perfect size for eating snacks and small meals in the room."

"We had an outstanding time at this hotel with 4 kids ages 1-12 years old. The family suite was perfect for us and nobody had to share a bed! The kitchenette was great for easy meals and saved us a lot of money and time waiting in long lines to eat. They had games and movies at the pool area every night. We spent most evenings at the hotel instead of the parks because the kids had so much fun!"

"We had three adults in the family suite and it worked great for us. Having the two bathrooms, private bedroom, and the kitchenette made our stay much more pleasant than a standard room. We could have breakfast in room every morning and save time. They even provided paper plates, bowls, and silverware, as well as paper towels. The mini fridge was very cold and froze some of our stuff. I wished we hadn't turned up the cold dial when first arriving. The housekeepers made cute animals out of the towels like cruise lines do. We would stay here again."

"This was a great place to stay during our Disney vacation!!!!! We had a suite that comfortably accomodated the six of us. The two bathrooms and mini kitchen were a huge bonus as were the two televisions!!!! We were able to secure an incredible rate for the week and will definately stay here again. The kids loved the two huge pools and the poolside games!!!!"

"This is a great place to stay for the money. Staff was nice and efficient. We drove 19 hours to get to the hotel. We called early to ask if we could check in early and the staff was pleasant and had the room ready for us. Room was clean but a little dusty."

"This was our first time in all the years we have been going to disney, that we stayed at one of their main resorts. It was fantastic. The hotel itself was fun, exciting, just wonderful. Hotels.com got us a wonderful deal. We saved more than half per night. From now on, we will be staying in a resort and using hotels. com."

"It was an excellent stay at a great Disney Property. Staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. Bus system around the resort was stress free - it was great to park once and still get anywhere on property you want to go. By staying on property you are given free parking at all the parks so really convenient on check-out day. Cant wait to stay at the All Stars again..."

"We liked the hotel because of the free perks, especially airportpark shuttles. Wonderful pools and kids activities. People aren't kidding when they say the rooms are small. They are tiny! And the food is way over priced. But overall a good value."

"The All Star Resorts are more of a motel feel, but very quiet inside. Expect lots of families and school groups. Great pools, lots of activities. No hot tub, which would have been nice after a day at the parks. Food court is decent. We had a family suite, which includes a small fridge. We also took cereal boxes and peanut butter. We purchased bread and milk in the gift shop, which saved some money on breakfasts and lunches. Overall a great stay, but if you want something a bit more posh, check out other resorts. We did have to take the bus anytime we wanted to go somewhere, but that alleviated the need for a car or parking expenses."

"We found everyone to be friendly but then we were at the happiest place in the world...Disney! We loved the Mickey made out of towels and the wallpaper. The grounds were cleverly decorated, altho the pink and blue of our building was a bit hard on the eyes! The pool was beautiful...The available food was good and reasonable...the gift shop handled my one stop shopping...the check in guy was especially nice... the buses to and from the park moved us quickly and happily. We would definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful time. Room furnishings and decor were much better than expected. Restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced, grounds were well maintained and beautifully landscaped.You don't need children to enjoy this hotel, but the kids would love it here."

"HUGE PARKING LOT FOR TWO OR THREE BUILDINS HAD 3 HANDICAP SPOTS. 1 PER SECTION. DISNEY IS ALWAYS SO HANDICAP FRIENDLY, I COULD NOT BELEIVE THIS. UP FRONT NEAR THE CHECKIN AREA HAD MANY HANDICAP PARKING PLACES. "If you are looking to be in the magic of Disney this is a great hotel for the price. Theming is excellent and Disney transportation provided."

"The room is very clean and comfort. The transportation is convenience. The only thing is I did not like is the food over there. Kinda expensive."
