Just wanted to say what a wonderful time I had staying at the Hotel Palomar last weekend. Everyone from the Bellmen to the Front Desk (Larry, Joanne and Rachel you were great!) to the Concierge to Housekeeping made me feel welcome. Keep up the excellent customer service. Will definitely return!

Just wanted to let you know that my family and I had a FABULOUS time at your place last week! It was our first time there and I would absolutely stay there again...friendly staff, clean rooms, the MOST comfortable beds!!! Thanks for being so great!!! You truly ROCK :]. I gave you 5 stars on everything :) And I forgot to also tell you that your Check In, Rock Out program is AWESOME!!! We had the Gibson SG Carved Top guitar to play with throughout our stay and it was an absolute blast!!! And it was FREE!! Can't beat that! Thanks again :]

We checked out just yesterday. We loved the view from our room. Only bad thing was that the people that were checked in the room across from us were VERY noisy for hours on end...slamming doors, banging on walls, and lots of yelling. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep...It's okay though! We will stay again for sure = )

I cannot believe you pay $160 a night to stay at the Hard Rock in Chicago and the only way you can access free wi-fi is to sit in their lobby or use their business center. So much for a business-friendly hotel. And there is no complimentary breakfast either. I can say the rooms are nice, location is good and exercise room is nice as well.

The best memories for me seem to have taken place at the Peninsula. My husband and I went to the Peninsula bar to celebrate with friends when we got engaged earlier in the evening. We gave each other spa days at the Peninsula after we became parents and always take our two little daughters for teatime in The Lobby. It's everything from a romantic experience to a family friendly great time and we love it.

OMG the views were amazing, the hotel itself was awesome and the all the staff was so helpful and just good people! It's almost as if they were having a competition amongst themselves to see who which department could make my stay more pleasurable.. We were there for the CAA conference, and got treated like dirt. High prices and no service. Here's hoping they treat the nurses betterWhen we stayed there, I called the front desk to ask about the construction project in our part of the hotel. We could hear--all too well--drills and electric saws. Even though the woman who answered was very nice and promised to look into this problem, we never heard another word from the hotel. We did, however, continue to hear the construction.
