"This is a nicer-than-average hotel. I would give it 3-12 stars. Many rooms have balconies over-looking courtyardpool. Pool was nice, staffservice was great (I especially appreciate the front desk printing my google maps for me!), room interior was acceptable, and the typically over-priced restaurant served mediocre food for breakfast. With my hotels.com last-minute price deal, my rate was about what I would expect to pay at a Super 8 or a Motel 6. So, this trip, I would say this hotel was an exceptional value!"

Downtown was not nearly nice and we paid twice as much for the other Hotel. This Hotel is amazing for the price we paid.It is beautiful, clean, and the staff was very friendly!"

The only downside I would say is that even though this is a Pet Friendly hotel, you aren't allowed to leave your pets alone in the room. So, if you have plans for the Opry, Opry Mills or going downtown beware you can't leave your pet alone!"

The bed was made and everything was in its place, but on the floor right next to a bed was a cooke that had been smashed into the carpet. We actually saw two mice, and a number of bugs, not only by the cookie, but there were a lot in the bathroom. If it would of been clean I would of loved it. Also their prices on room service, movies, hotel spa, etc. seemed a little high."

Our room had a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool which was in a lush setting in the courtyard. I only have good things to say...as a matter of fact I would have to say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!! My boys loved it as much as I did. The only problem was it made the rest of our hotels pale in comparison!!! Everyone wanted to go back to the Sheraton!"

This hotel had some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. Everyone was friendly and had no problem helping us with anything we needed. The restaurant on site was exceptional also. I am extremely picky and didn't have any problems finding meals to my liking. The location of the hotel was also amazing. It is in a quiet business neighborhood but drive half a mile to the other side of the freeway and you are at Opryland. Overall our stay was great. We have stayed at many hotels in Nashville and this has been one of the best by far."

"We booked almost 2 months in advance so that we could drive 6 hrs to get a room that was over looking a parking lot with a "Pods" in it, the view was terrible! There were no wash clothes or hand towels in the bathroom, when asking we were told they didn't have wash clothes so we went to K-Mart and bought some. The large dark curtains in the room were there just for looks, at 5:30 a.m. the sun came beating in and woke us up. We had a beer at the bar and it was $5.00 each, way too expensive considering there is a local "Mapco" about 1 mile down the road with a 6 pack costing $7.00 - you do the math! 99 cents for a local call and that was just for the first minute after that it was 10 cents a minute, you would think with what you pay for this place they could throw in a local call or two - other hotels do, not to mention their curtains close to keep the sun out of the room! We had to walk a country mile to get from the elevator to the room because there was only one set of elevators that we could find, not to mention one of them sounded like it was going to plunge to the basement every time it took off. $2 for a bottle of soda - again "Mapco" down the road $1.25!!!"

"My only bad impression of this hotel was the first impression. After driving almost 14 hours to get to Nashville, my platonic friend and I went to the hotel. After I gave the man behind the desk my Starwood membership number, he disappeared for a few minutes then came back and said he had a room with a king-sized for us. When we said no, that we actually had reserved a room with two double beds, he disappeared again. When he came back, he said they were overbooked, the whole hotel was full, and all he had was a king bed. I explained that we had made our reservation three months ago and requested two double beds, he disappeared for many more minutes before emerging with his manager. All she did was shrug her shoulders and reiterate what he had said. No apologies, no real explanation--just "we'll send up a cot and not charge you for it." After making a reservation waaaay in advance and then driving for so long, that was the service we got. Frankly I've never had worse from a hotel, and I travel quite a bit on business."
