"The hotel was a typical Holiday Inn Express if you are used to staying in them. The breakfast was not wonderful but was sufficient. The rooms were clean comfortable. The staff was very helpful. And the location was perfect if you want to be right in the middle of all activities in Pigeon Forge. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is just off of the main strip in Pigeon Forge, but we had to drive to most attractions and restaurants. Depending on traffic, it's about 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and maybe 10 minutes from interstate 40.
The hotel was nice. Clean rooms. The staff was nice and helped with directions.
Nice continental breakfast."

"The hotel was clean, and had everything we needed. Guest room was large and comfortable. Pool was a nice break in the evenings. My only complaint, if any, would be the food, but I think that's normal for any hotel. Just don't go for the slushy scrambled eggs. Seriously."

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, In Pigeon Forge Near Dollywood for my birthday weekend! We were very impressed with this place. Everyone was very professional and helpful, the rooms were very clean and not to mention the bedspillows were so comfortable! I would defintely recommend this hotel and we will be staying there again!"

The refigerator and microwave were a nice size,the pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing,the beds were comfortable,and the staff was very friendly. "The staff was excellent. They all made sure you were comfortable during the entire stay. When we arrived at the hotel our room was not the room I reserved. The staff promptly switched us to the room we were told that we had. The rooms were clean and spacious. We will defiantly stay there again in the future. I will book through the hotel though. Thumbs up to the Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge!!"

"THIS HOTEL WAS NOT VERY NICE, IT LOOKS A LITTLE RUN DOWN. THERE WERE CRACKS IN THE FLOOR AND WALLS IN THE BATHROOM. THE VEIW WE HAD HAD A WALL OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW, THE DRAIN STOP IN THE SHOWER HAD TO BE WEDGED UP TO STAY OPEN. ALSO THE INDOOR POOL WAS TOO COLD TO SWIM IN AND SO WAS THE SPA. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL, IT NEEDS SOME WORK."

"This hotel was a little less than I expected, after reading previous reviews before booking. It was obviously going through renovations, and the first room we were placed in had a leak in the bathroom. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and moved us quickly to another room. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom was suspect, but overall, the room was comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was exceptional. Lots of variety, and we stayed two days, and there was different choices each morning. Might stay again, if I felt the cleanliness was resolved. It is located in a very central area."

"There are only three good things about this hotel...One is the location in Pigeon Forge if you plan to see shows while on vacation. The other good thing was that our room was a good size. The last is that the continental breakfast was of good quality. However, that is where it stops. The money we payed definitely did not match the quality of our stay. The lobby and hallways looked good. However, the room was a different story. The bed, couch, chair, and tv's were new. The walls needed paint, there was a hole in the wall by the toilet, and the carpet in our room was filthy. We wore shoes all the time in the room after the first hour of our stay. My husband made the mistake of taking off his shoes to walk from the bed to the bathroom and when he came back to the bed his white socks were black."

"My family and I trulely enjoyed our stay. First visit to Pigeon Forge we had a blast.The staff was very,very friendly especially the employee working the breakfast area. The hotel was very clean and convient to everything we wanted to see and do. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Our only concern was we didn't have HBO or a movie channel with our room and we paid $ a night. OH well at any rate we will still stay here on our next visit.Because not having a movie channel only pushed us out to see more of Pigeon Forge and we ENJOYED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want a clean, nice and friendly atmosphere stay here.SEE YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!! And we were looking for a place that did not accept pets not everyone is a pet lover I didn't want to hear barking or smell pets in my room or the hallway or elevator and we found it here at this hotel"

"The receptionist was efficient and helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed with a nicely sized refrigerator. The free wireless internet was easy to use. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. A free breakfast was provided and included bacon and eggs along with yogurt and traditional cereals, sweets, and coffee. There was enough space for all guests to have a table even during peak breakfast times. The location is very convenient to many area attractions. It might be possible to find similar accommodations for less, but I wasn?t willing to take a chance."

"Newly renovated! The rooms were clean with updated features. Our king sized bed came with 6 pillows: three soft and three hard, labeled via the pillow cases! The pool and hot tub were nice, a big part of our stay. It was too wet to make use of the play ground, but it was there. Breakfast was good and is served until 10. There is no work out facility--and never was. Centerally located to anything in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Highly reccommended! We will definately stay here again."

"The only thing I was disappointed in was I was expecting eggs and bacon on the breakfast bar, but it was the best conteniental breakfast I have ever had. Everything was very fresh and well stocked. Right off the main road, so it was quiet. It was easy to get out of the parking lot and there is a light at road, so it is easy to get out on the main road. The hotel is across the street from the Dinosaur Walk Museum. It is very close to shopping and WonderWorks. Over all very happy with our stay. We will probably stay there next time we visit the area."

"Very accomodating: My husband and I rode our motorcycle down. The front desk told us to park it right in front and they would have security keep an eye on it. They also brought us towels outside when it rained and our bike got wet. We forgot toothpaste and razors, and they had them at front desk for free. They have very kind staff. We loved our stay there."

"A Nice Change of Pace: This Hotel had a wedding chapel in the back, it was a beautiful place to sit, amid the gazebos and blooming flowers and just relax in the day. The wait staff at the restaurant was great!! We all had a great time... kids under 12 eat for free and it is centrally located to the parkway. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is well kept. i would say you get what you pay for, when it comes to hotels."
