"Paid a very low price for a large, comfortable room. The frosting on the cake was the very nice hot breakfast that the hotel supplied at no extra cost. If I'm ever in the St. George area again, you can bet I'll stay at the Best Western Abby Inn."

"Clean Comfortable. Rooms come with small fridge microwave- this was helpful to us. Excellent continental breakfast- almost everything one could desire- from waffles to oatmeal, eggs bacon, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, cocoa, juice, etc.
We have stayed here multiple times because we have been so satisfied with our experiences."

"This Hotel was very comfortable. But, We did have a problem with our refrigerator and when we wanted to upgrade it was difficult because we booked thru Hotels.com and they didn't know what to charge for the difference. I also felt as if the staff could of been friendlier."

"traveling with the grandkids, this was a great hotel, pool was easy to get to and the full breakfast had something for everyone, even a three year old. Rooms were very nice, loved the small sink next to the coffee maker"

"Loved everything about the hotel. The only thing that I didn't like was that the two sitting chairs in our room were filthy. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. The swimpool was great along with the staff. The breakfast served in the morning was wonderful!!"

"Being on the main throughfare to many attractions, and close to some excellent budget restaurants, you can't find a better or more clean Hotel in St. George. A well kept secret of this stay is their hot breakfast included in the price of your stay. Each morning the staples were different along with the regular breakfast items. With an exercise room, spa and pool, the only thing missing here was my wife. The rates make this hotel a place to come and stay again."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied. This time we stayed for 4 days and complained three of those days to them about not having any hot water to take a shower in. They never got it fixed and we probably won't go back"

"It was if we were staying at a 4 star hotel. The Abbey Inn never ceases to impress me with their above and beyond service. We take an annual trip to Salt Lake City and divide the trip in half, staying the the first night at the Abbey Inn. We have been staying there for the last ten years, once on the way up and then again on the way back home. They always go above the call with outstanding service, and the full breakfast is always delicious. We love the Abbey Inn."

"The term King "Suite" is misleading. The room is the same size as one fitting 2 queens. The only difference is they put a sofa in the place of another bed. The room was small and cramped feeling. Otherwise, my stay was great. The house staff was very friendly and when I needed a new blow dryer or more pillows they were there in an instant. Breakfast was also awesome!"

"Nice hotel, but overwhelmed with guests Stayed at the Best Western Abbey in during a recent weekend trip for kids activitiescompetitions in St. George. Staff was awesome, rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great. Only downside was the excess number of inconsiderate geusts who literally trashed the place (broke equipment in health club, kid that barfed in pool, etc.) Hotel staff did their utmost to keep up, but it sadly lessened the overall enjoyment of our stay. Would happily go back when the place is quieterless busy. Spoke with a few other guests staying there for business purposes and they shared the same opinion--nice hotel, nice facilities and location, but could do without the ruckus. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Free breakfast was very nice. Several restaurants within walking distance, and a few that deliver to the hotel as well."

"After looking at positive reviews, I booked the Best Western Abbey Inn for my wife and myself and we were not disappointed. Our three night stay was marked by the following observations: the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, the location is right off Hwy15, the hot breakfast was varied enough to not be boring and was a real convenience for early morning starts to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the free wi-fi was a plus. We were there mid-Nov '08 and the place was not crowded."

"After reading many reviews from TA, I decided to book 3 nights. We were not disappointed. The room was clean, the front office staff was friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was varied enough for our 3 day stay. The rate through hotels.com was competitive and the location was an EZ offon to Hwy15.
We took in Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and played a round of golf at the new Sand Hollow golf course. We enjoyed a great value meal at Cafe Rio in St. George (check out the taco salad) and fine dining at the Cosmopolitan (Leeds-15 miles away) which rivals fine restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area where I've lived for 60 years."

"The hotel looks nice, smells nice, and is a very reasonable value considering what you get. However, I think my wife and I had a rare experience. We found a cock-roach walking around in our bathroom. It was big. My concern is that cock-roaches are typically attracted to dirty places. It's being there could be coincidence, however, it could also be that the roach was there because the facility has things inside it that attract cock-roaches. Additionally, when we checked-out, we let the people know and all they did was thank us for letting them know. Finding something this gross, in my mind, should elicit some sort of remuneration, not just an acknowledgement and thanks for letting them know. Particularly when word-of-mouth proliferates on the internet these days. On the positive side, the breakfast that comes with the stay is excellent. Both my wife and I loved the food and stuffed ourselves. So, the value is great...just beware of the cock-roaches."
